The Food Issues Book Club: March!

Hello all!  Welcome to the NOiG Food Issues Book Club, wherein I read books about food stuff, summarize each book by chapter, and then attempt to apply that book chapter's ideas to the New Orleans food environment and my own experiences.  Fun right?!  Check out previous installations here.  I'd love it if you'd read along and join in!  And now, without further ado...

It's a new month, which means it's time to start on a new book! I'm intrigued to jump into Michele Simon's Appetite for Profit - I haven't done much reading on food industry tactics lately so I'm eager to jump back in and sharpen that knowledge. Look for the Chapter 1 summary and discussion on the blog tomorrow. And if you plan to read along, please let me know!
