Happy National Raspberry Popover Day!

Ho boy is this a tough nut to crack.  First of all, let's just say that popovers are not a common pastry.  So, in case you need a refresher (like I did), this is a popover pan:

See?  They pop.  Over.  Adorbs.

According to yon internets, what makes popovers, well, pop, is steam created by the eggs.  Blegh.  So.  Other things steam right?  This recipe looks promising, and just as soon as I get my hands on one of them fancy pans I will give it a try.
