Happy National Rasin & Spice Bar Day!

Raisin Spice Bars.  Frankly, I'd never heard of them before.  And oddly, I can't find any vegan recipes for them!  But it looks like this recipe would be pretty tasty and easy to veganize - just sub the egg and be sure to use vegan sugar.  (When I want a baked good to be moist, I usually use vanilla soy yogurt for my binder.)
