Happy National Cordon Bleu Day!

According to good ol Wikipedia, "Cordon bleu is a breaded cutlet dish of meat (traditionally veal, but pork or chicken are common) pounded thin and wrapped around a slice of ham and a slice of cheese (such as Swiss cheese), breaded, and then pan fried or baked."

Well OK.  Who wants to try this with some Boca or Gardein chick'n, Daiya, and Tofurky slices?  Also, can you say SALT BOMB?  Also, why did I think this was a sandwich?
